• Undelivered  items  will  be  held  free  of  charge  for  7 days  then  after  storage  rate  applies.
• Maximum  storage  term  holding  for  individual  issued  consignments - 1 month ( then after  senders  will  be  notified  whether  to  continue  storage  or  return  undelivered  items.)
